We approached Delta with a new new concept for their SkyMiles program. We realized that there are different types of passengers, each with a different priority. Some were interested in the details and data, while others were only interested in upgrading to new status. We proposed a fun and engaging way to satisfy these audiences. A Dashboard that includes stats, infographics, gamification and more.
