Bridgestone wanted to revolutionize the in-store tire buying process for the "Store of the Future". We designed and developed Insidelane, which serves as a touchwall experience, accompanied by a smartphone and tablet app. The customer is able to search tires according to their specific make/model and served up with relevant tires and information. Meanwhile, all of the data is forwarded to the tire specialist iPad app, where he is able to view all of their information and help them accordingly.
